RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We provide fast and secure delivery for all physical products through trusted courier partners such as Aramex, Quiqup, or other approved local logistics providers within the UAE

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, as long as the order has not yet been packed, processed, or shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date the item is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ Product must be unused and undamaged
✅ Item must be in original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and tags
✅ A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required
✅ Customer must return the item through approved courier service

Return Shipping Fees:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error → Return shipping is free

If the customer changes their mind or orders an item by mistake → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items Include (if applicable):

Opened perfumes or used hygiene items

Electronics with tampered seal or missing accessories

Customized or special-order items

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved:

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

If the returned item does not meet return requirements (damaged, used, missing packaging), the refund may be rejected or a partial refund may be issued.

If a product arrives damaged or defective

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Photo or video proof may be required

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer
